Hello, my name is Julie Fei-Fan Balzer. I am a biracial artist living and working in the Boston, MA area. My paint and collage work is filled with color, pattern, and exuberant energy.
I am an experienced and enthusiastic teacher with a wide variety of students – from beginners to professionals – across the world. I teach art lessons online, in-person, and on television. My goal is to excite, empower, and educate students so that they can create whatever they desire.
